Gameplay Mechanics Overhaul


Additions

-Added a system where NPCs are repelled by the light

-Added a mechanic for the light slowly draining

-Replaced flashlight with a lantern that has random draining and gaining times

-Gameplay mechanic where staying in the light when an NPC is nearby helps prevent sanity from being drained

-Made is slightly harder to tell where you are because of the lantern

-Lantern fuel bar

-Gameplay Mechanic Overhaul

-Lantern inertia (Lantern is affected by player movement and will swing around)

Removed

-Flashlight prefab, realized it would be against the story to have a flashlight if your players sanity drains due to new world artifacts, this would cause your character to lose sanity everytime you had your flashlight out which wouldn't make sense and would make the game 10x harder.

-Redundant code

-Invisible wall near exit

-Poorly made jumpscare
