The Sanity Update//Gameplay Revamp


Additions

SANITY SYSTEM

-The sanity system acts as a sort of health bar, however you will only lose sanity if you come across artifacts in The Maze that can seem troubling for the character

-Visiting areas where you were previously caught off guard will leave your character on edge, which will drain your sanity

-Encountering a monster will drain your characters sanity

-Sanity can be regained by finding foodstuffs around the map.

STARTING FLASHLIGHT

-Your flashlight now starts on the table, instead of it already being  in your hands. How would someone from the 1300s get their hand on a flashlight out of an interdimensional maze? idk.

-Your character will ask himself what the flashlight is.... cause why not.

NPCs

-An NPC now starts on the map with you, constantly stalking you and draining your sanity if it gets too close, conserve your stamina and keep your eyes open. 

SCRIPTS

-Optimized scripts so useless code isn't floating around somewhere

-Made sure no scripts were dependent on game objects that don't exist

DEATH SCREEN

-When your player runs out of stamina and goes insane, you'll be shown a screen that will tell you "you ran out of sanity" and will send you back to the game or to the main menu if you choose to quit.

Bug Fixes

-Fixed the bug where the trees would cause a massive amount of lag

-Fixed the bug where sounds/triggers would play when they aren't activated

-NPCs are now invisible to ingame triggers

-Fixed my cat pressing a button on my keyboard and deleting 30 minutes of work

-Removed The Forgotten One
