Bug Fixes
-Fixed the sanity bar not showing up on scaled down screens
-Fixed some UI elements disappearing on 1920x1080 displays
-Fixed the NPC not being able to traverse a certain part of the map
-Tweaked the NPC speed (its a little more balanced now)
